COMMERCE CLUB INNAUGURATION 

The Commerce Club Inauguration on September 19th, 2023, was a memorable event. It was inaugurated by Divya, the Branch Manager of South Indian Bank, who delivered an inspiring speech on the topic of "Creating Commerce and Connecting Community." Her words set the tone for the event, emphasizing the importance of commerce in building strong communities. The Principal, Dr.Nisha Thomas, delivered the presidential address

 

The event had a dedicated team to ensure its success. Soju L Johnson served as the Faculty Coordinator, responsible for overseeing the club's activities and initiatives. Krishna Chandra took on the role of Student Coordinator, assisting in organizing and coordinating club events. Megha was elected as the President of the Commerce Club, leading the club and representing its members. Dr.Anu Varghese,HOD , Bainy George, Asst.Prof, Munnu Maria Charles, the faculty from Data Science delivered the felicitation speech.

 

After the inauguration and the inspiring speech, the event proceeded with various activities. Students who had excelled in sports competitions were awarded prizes to recognize their achievements. A business quiz was also conducted, with students participating batch-wise. Notably, it was the students from Sem 3 BCom Finance who emerged victorious and won prizes in the business quiz.

 

Overall, the Commerce Club Inauguration on September 19th, 2023, was a successful event that brought together students, faculty, and professionals to celebrate and promote commerce and community connections.
